Session content

The panel explores how innovation and tradition can shape the eating habits of the future. Through a multidisciplinary dialogue—bringing together Design, Food Engineering, and Gastronomic Sciences. The speakers will discuss possible actions and strategies to develop sustainable production methods and responsible consumption
